Rugs, fitted carpets and upholstery vary by size, fibre, dye and how they have been used. We look first, then we quote. Bookings carry a minimum charge of RM150.
A photo is often enough to start. We reconfirm rug sizes at pick-up. If a specialty treatment is needed, we tell you before we go ahead. Extra work is only done with your say-so.

What shapes the quote.
The same sofa or rug can need a very different clean. These are the things we look at.
Wall-to-wall carpets
Priced by area, fibre and how the room is used.

Priced by the piece and the fabric.

Booking
- Minimum charge of RM150
- A deposit confirms the appointment
- The quote can change if the work changes once we see the piece
On the day
- No lift access: RM150
- No water or electricity on site: RM350
- Furniture lifting from RM50 per team
- Extra treatment for urine, faeces, blood, mould or vomit
Payment
- Due when the service is completed, unless the quote says otherwise
- Cash, online transfer, or cheque to Cucius Sdn Bhd
- Malaysian Ringgit only
If plans change
- Cancel 72 hours ahead for a full deposit refund
- Within 24 hours, or if we cannot enter, the deposit is kept
- We can price-match a valid like-for-like quote, up to 30%
If the carpet or upholstery is not suitable to clean, or the room is not ready, we may need to stop and reschedule. We will say so plainly.

Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. Bookings are subject to a minimum charge of RM150.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A deposit confirms the booking. We cannot hold the appointment until it is received.
What extras might apply?
Common extras include no lift access (RM150), no water or electricity on site (RM350), furniture lifting from RM50 per team, and special treatment for urine, faeces, blood, mould or vomit.
How do I pay?
Payment is due on the day the service is completed, unless the quote says otherwise. Cash, online transfer or cheque payable to Cucius Sdn Bhd, in Malaysian Ringgit.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel at least 72 hours ahead for a full deposit refund. Within 24 hours of the visit, or if we cannot enter the premises, the deposit is not refunded.
Do you price-match?
Yes, against a valid official quote for the same method and products, up to 30% off our quoted price. Custom work and contra jobs are excluded.
