1. Cucius Sdn Bhd reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  2. By using Cucius services via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, phone, email, or our website, customers agree to be bound by Cucius’ terms and conditions.
  1. All bookings are subject to a minimum charge of RM150.00.
  2. Cucius Sdn Bhd requires a deposit to confirm your booking. We cannot guarantee your appointment until the deposit payment is received.
  3. Cucius Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify the original quotation if the customer’s requirements change.
  4. If no elevator is available at the customer’s location, an additional charge of RM150.00 will be applied.
  5. An additional charge of RM350.00 will be applied if there is no water or electricity supply during the cleaning process.
  6. Cucius Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel the service if an inspection determines that the carpet or upholstery is unsuitable for cleaning. We may also refuse service if there is interference from the customer or third parties, or if the location is not ready for cleaning due to obstructions or unremoved items. If a lifting service is required to clear the space, an additional fee will apply.
  7. Additional charges will apply for lifting services (e.g., moving sofas, mattresses, chairs, etc.), with a minimum charge of RM50 per team at the site.
  8. Additional treatment charges will apply for stains caused by urine, feces, blood, mold, and vomit.
  1. Payment must be made on the day the service is completed unless otherwise agreed before booking, except where stated differently in the quotation provided.
  2. Payment can be made via cash or online transfer after the service is completed.
  3. Payment can be made via cheque payable to Cucius Sdn Bhd after service completion.
  4. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.
  5. All payments must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
  1. Customers must report any unsatisfactory service within 24 hours of the service date or within the warranty period. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility for a refund or re-cleaning session.
  2. Cucius Sdn Bhd requires the presence of the customer or their representative at the beginning and end of the service session for inspection. If the customer is not satisfied, they must notify us during the final inspection or within 24 hours after the service.
  3. Complaints will be responded to within 1 to 5 business days.
  4. Any complaints made more than 24 hours after the service session or after the warranty period will not be accepted.
  5. Complaints can be made via our official WhatsApp or email.
  6. All fragile and breakable items must be removed before service. Cucius Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any losses reported during our visit.
  7. Cucius Sdn Bhd does not offer color restoration services, so color restoration is NOT GUARANTEED. Customers must understand that wear and tear, fading due to sunlight exposure, and hidden stains may become more noticeable after cleaning. Some stains may also be impossible to remove completely. While we will strive for the best results, cleaning outcomes may vary based on material condition and level of dirt.
  8. Cucius Sdn Bhd is not responsible for :
    a) Service delays due to traffic congestion.
    b) Service postponements caused by equipment failure.
    c) Incomplete work due to the unavailability of water, electricity, or malfunctioning equipment.
    d) Disruptions from third parties that interfere with service completion.
  1. Customers are not entitled to any refunds.
  2. If the customer is dissatisfied and makes a complaint within 24 hours after the service is completed, Cucius Sdn Bhd reserves the right to re-clean the affected area or item. The customer must allow and be present during the re-cleaning session.
  3. Cucius Sdn Bhd reserves the right to limit cleaning services to one session only.
  1. Customers may cancel their booking within 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
  2. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the service will receive a full deposit refund.
  3. If the cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 24 hours before the service, the deposit will not be refunded.
  4. The deposit is also non-refundable if Cucius Sdn Bhd is unable to enter the premises due to no one being present, a scheduled water or electricity outage, or access issues such as missing keys.
  5. Cucius Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel the service if the customer is not present within 30 minutes of the agreed time. Rescheduling will require a new booking with a new deposit.

These terms and conditions are governed by Malaysian law. Customers agree to be bound by the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Cucius Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.

  1. This policy applies if the customer provides:
    a) A valid, official quotation without seasonal restrictions.
    b) Proof of the same cleaning procedure (Method of Statement – MOS).
    c) Proof of equivalent cleaning products/chemicals used via a Data Sheet/Safety Data Sheet.

  2. This policy does not apply to:
    a) Custom/bespoke orders.
    b) Contra agreements.
    c) Price differences that are not supported by valid proof.

  3. The maximum discount allowed is 30% off the quoted price.
